Luis Rodriguez revived Tinto production in Ribeiro using Caio Longo, Caio Redondo, Ferrol, and Brancellao from nearly 200 micro plots of decomposed granite soils in Arnoia. Made only in the finest vintages, Escolma receives careful barrel aging and represents the pinnacle of Rodriguez's decades long
