Mano a Mano VDF Red 2023 Gewurztramier Each captures its region’s characterA bright, easygoing red from a small 2 hectare site in Languedoc Roussillon, planted on granite, schist, and gneiss soils with 40 year old vines. The blend is led by Grenache with Carignan, farmed organically and harvested by hand. Semi carbonic maceration brings lift and freshness, followed by six months in stainless steel to preserve clarity and fruit. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, it shows a pure, unadorned style.
