We are pleased to offer this never before seen, original era manufactured Japanese model 1886 infantry hat. This is a short pattern kepi, with a blue wool top and yellow wool piping and band and the classic brass star at center. The piping does not run the entire length of the crown, and appears to have been damaged or repaired at some point. Complete with a short patent leather visor and a thin black patent leather
