The Modelo 26 Helmet is vaguely reminiscent of the classic German Stahlhelm which was later adopted by Spain in 1942

Its high fuselage-mounted "Davis wing" also meant it was dangerous to ditch or belly land

but the Group was able to run five very successful visual missions and some PFF missions

This was the primary service rifle of Finland during the WWII period, and was the main rifle used during both the first "Winter War" and the later "Continuation War". Like most that we have seen, it was made by FISKARS in Finland, which still exists today as a large manufacturer of
