This hand painted cloth flag is marked with the well wish Prayers for Eternal Good Fortune in War to the outgoing soldier. The only other marking reads Kamui Village 9th District, so this was likely made quick to give to a departing soldier. This example is in good condition with both corner reinforcements retained, however there is very heavy creasing. Both tie strings are retained as well. This would be a great
