Original German WWII 1941 Dated Framed Portrait Painting of Luftwaffe DAK Flight Branch Obergefreiter in North Africa by Felix Otto Von Rossen - 16" x 20 1/2" ger A fuze ignited the flareOriginal Item: One of a kind. We've had quite a few personal photo albums and similar German WWII items previously, but this is probably only the second period personal portrait painting that we have had! In the frame it measures 22 1 4" x 26 1 4", with the exposed canvas measuring 17" x 23". The frame is painted gold, and it looks to be original WWII period, most likely from pine. There is unfortunately no way to know who the subject of the painting
