The handle is made of French Hornbeam white wood, which is ideal for applying colors. The leather lace through the handle piercing makes it easy to hang the knife when not in use. The stainless steel blade has excellent corrosion resistance and doesn't require any special maintenance for keeping the excellent cutting quality. Rotating the ring with Virobloc locking system locks
